Are you a skilled Commercial Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Midlands-based retailer? Macdonald & Company have been instructed to assist in recruiting a talented individual to play a key role in the business's Property team, sitting within the Property Management department.

The role requires an experienced property manager (ideally with retail experience) who is proficient in providing exceptional service to actively manage the trading and non-trading property portfolio. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing income, minimizing costs, ensuring legal compliance, and providing efficient property advice to internal departments.

The role would suit a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), although this is not essential. The position offers a hybrid working model, with visits to the West Midlands headquarters twice a week. The salary is circa £45,000 - £55,000 plus a car allowance.
