Are you a skilled Commercial Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Midlands-based retailer? Macdonald & Company is seeking a talented individual to join the Property Management department.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing retail properties and be proficient in providing exceptional service to actively manage the trading and non-trading property portfolio. Responsibilities include maximizing income, minimizing costs, ensuring legal compliance, and offering efficient property advice to internal departments.

This position is suitable for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), though it is not essential. The role offers a hybrid working model, with visits to the West Midlands HQ twice a week. The salary range is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 plus a Car Allowance.
