About the Role

A market-leading, renowned name in the high luxury watch space is seeking an exceptional Retail Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in luxury timepieces, overseeing the development of exquisite boutiques across the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end construction process for multiple new boutiques and renovation projects globally, ensuring each location reflects the brand's uncompromising standards of excellence and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management Excellence
  • Manage the complete construction lifecycle for new boutiques and renovation projects, from initial planning through to final handover
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines to meet critical deadlines
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures ensuring all work aligns with brand specifications and industry standards
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Engage strategically with internal stakeholders from HQ and EMEA offices to align on project objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Real Estate, Legal, and Operational teams, plus Interior Designers, to deliver projects successfully
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders, documenting milestones and project developments
Vendor & Financial Management
  • Source and manage high-quality local architects, millworkers, subcontractors, and suppliers to honour brand interests
  • Develop and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Manage external partners effectively to guarantee project objectives are consistently met
Site Operations & Quality Assurance
  • Oversee site activities across international locations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain the highest level of craftsmanship throughout all construction phases
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimise impact on project timelines

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
