About Our Client

Job Description
  • Strategic Planning : Defining the program vision and goals ( market share for specific loan types like new or used cars) that support the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Market Analysis : Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand to identify opportunities for new loan products or improvements to existing ones
  • Product / Program Design : Structuring loan programs, defining terms interest rates, down payment requirements, and eligibility criteria tailored to different customer segments (, new cars, used cars, electric vehicles-Cars)
  • Portfolio Performance Monitoring : Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in the Program parameters
  • Sales and Distribution Channel Management : Collaborating with sales teams, dealerships, and third-party intermediaries to drive loan origination volume and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Product Development & Implementation : Managing the lifecycle of auto loan products, including digital journeys, new feature builds, and offer implementation, from conception to closure.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Acting as a central hub to ensure seamless cooperation across various departments such as Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Credit Policy, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Serving as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership, external vendors, and clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the program life cycle.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously evaluating and enhancing existing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.

Education :
