Screwfix Direct Ltd is seeking a Retail Process & Compliance Manager to own and strengthen the framework across UK and Ireland stores, ensuring standards are clear, current and consistently applied. You will govern key retail processes, assure compliance, identify risk and support the business with SME guidance for improved store execution.

As the Retail Process & Compliance Manager you will own and strengthen the Retail Process & Compliance framework across UK and Ireland stores, ensuring operational standards are clear, current and consistently applied. The role protects customers, colleagues and the business by governing key retail processes, assuring compliance, identifying risk and offering a subject matter expert service to the business. This includes defining standards, managing audit and assurance activity, overseeing corrective actions and providing insight that helps Retail and Operations leaders improve consistency, reduce risk and strengthen store execution.
