Role overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding eyewear that meets their needs. Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and possibly performing pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing customer queries via phone, and processing payments.

Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective services that enhance their visual potential and lifestyle.

We are flexible with working hours and open to discussing options that suit your availability, whether it’s around school runs or a compressed week.
