Role overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, pre-screening eye examinations, and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling customer queries via phone, and processing payments.

Your primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision requirements. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing personalized and effective service to enhance their lifestyle.
