Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and possibly performing pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
