David Clulow Opticians in Cardiff is seeking an Optical Assistant to deliver premium customer service while guiding clients through designer frames and lenses. You will support fittings, adjustments and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

You will assist in eye care processes and maintain high standards in a refined retail environment, with ongoing development and generous staff benefits, including frame allowances and discounts.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience – welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our carefully curated selection of designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments – learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied.
• Assist in high-quality eye care – support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards – support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
