Job summary

David Clulow Opticians is seeking an enthusiastic Optical Assistant to welcome customers and guide them through our designer frames and lenses in a premium store environment.

You will support fittings, adjustments and care for luxury eyewear, assisting in pre-screening and optical processes with modern testing technologies. No optical experience is required; just pride in your work and a passion for fashion and service.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience - welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our carefully curated selection of designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments - learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied.
• Assist in high-quality eye care - support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards - support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.

Earn monthly bonuses on top of your salary. Full-time Optical Assistants meeting targets can earn £85-£520/month bonus - with uncapped potential for high performers. Your performance matters - and it pays off.
