Job summary

Vision Express is seeking a Retail Optical Assistant to join our UK stores. You will deliver personalised customer service, provide product advice, and help customers select frames and lenses while learning to adjust frames and support pre-screening eye tests with the latest optical technology.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, using digital tools to assist customers and ensure a smooth store operation. Excellent communication and a passion for eyewear are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience is preferred.
• Interest in eyewear and digital tools.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
