Summary
£36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, collected, and hands-on. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire your colleagues. You’ll lead in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and supporting your team.
