Retail Minibus Team Driver

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Location: Huddersfield

Additional Details: 8-10 hour stock count shifts, paid driving time, bonus, access to wages from 3 days after shift completion, company minibus provided, immediate start, holiday pay

The Role

• We are seeking a Retail Minibus Team Driver to join our successful team.
• Your responsibilities will include overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from shifts within your region.
• Work will be on various retail customer sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
• You will need to follow proper procedures for notifying your team of pick-up points and timings.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly.
• Complete attendance sheets detailing team members, attendance, and bus arrival times.
• Ensure stock is counted accurately using a handheld scanner while on site.
• Prolonged standing may be required, and equipment may need to be used to reach high stock.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Working unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Full driving license required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner, adaptable to technological changes.
• Experience handling stock is advantageous but not essential.
