The project!
As a Retail Merchandising Coordinator you will give support to the Merchandising department. You will be the responsible for the stores stock management, ensuring correct stock position at any time giving support to the planning and distribution of the product as well as range selection.
What will the role entail?
Attend weekly trade meetings and support key business decisions.
Provide weekly summaries of key KPIs: sales, stock, margin, and markdowns vs. targets.
Analyze sales trends to forecast product needs and support seasonal buying decisions.
Define and manage replenishment plans, ensuring correct assortments and inventory flow.
Monitor stock movement and coordinate markdowns, transfers, promotions, and clearances.
Communicate regularly with store teams to align on returns, pricing, launches, and other operations.
Partner with Allocation team to manage stock levels, allocations, and seasonal inventory.
Conduct ad hoc product and line-level analysis and provide input for seasonal planning and forecasting.
