Job summary

Regatta Group is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Merchandiser to drive stock management, analyse performance data, and support profitable sales across our growing retail business. You will own category analysis, range plans, stock flow, and replenishment, while collaborating with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in retail merchandising.
  • Minimum one year's experience as Senior Assistant Merchandiser.
  • Good understanding of merchandising best practice and supply chain basics.
  • Experience working with data and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Produce category performance analysis and recommendations to maximise sales and profitability.

  • Manage replenishment settings and ensure stock is turned on and off appropriately throughout the season.

  • Prepare weekly trading information to support forecasting and planning decisions.
  • Oversee the distribution of weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Produce analysis on promotions and products to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues and delays.
  • Build strong relationships with operational and supply chain teams to ensure plans are executed effectively.
  • Support the wider Merchandising team and deputise for the Merchandiser when required.

As our future Retail Assistant Merchandiser you will have:
  • At least 2 year experience in Retail merchandising experience
