£12.89 - £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 - £11.70 per hour + £1.39 - £1.41 holiday pay).

Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets? We have Retail Merchandiser opportunities that offer flexible working patterns and a dynamic work environment.

The Role

1. We are looking for a number of retail merchandisers to join our successful team.
2. Work will be carried out in various retail stores, with travel varying on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
3. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, requiring a fast-paced and high-standard work ethic.
4. Responsibilities include:

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from warehouse to store floor.
• Supporting store replenishment tasks.

Shifts typically last 10-12 hours, including days and nights, with most shifts at night. Availability can be set and shifts accepted via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.

Clocking in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard is required.

Travel may be involved when local work isn't available. Accommodation will be provided when staying away from home.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• An eye for detail.
• Good physical fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 or over.
