Job summary

Momentum Instore is seeking Retail Merchandiser-Driver to work across major retailers in the UK. You will drive a hire car to stores with a team, replenish shelves using planograms, and set displays to a high standard. Shifts are nights (8pm–7am) with 11 hours on site and a 60-minute unpaid break.

The role offers a hire car, accommodation with breakfast, uniform/PPE, development opportunities, and weekly pay (£12.71/hour). You must be 21+, with 2+ years of driving, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Be over 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience for insurance.
• Knowledge of retailing and planograms is useful; training plan provided.
• No guaranteed hours; projects through 2026.

Responsibilities

• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and perform general housekeeping.
• Manual handling up to 25 kg (male) / 16 kg (female) may be involved.

Retail Merchandiser - DRIVER

Do you want to work in a retail environment as part of a team?

Are you looking for a role that is varied and flexible?

Working in major retailers around the county, transport and accommodation provided, with a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves.

• No guaranteed hours each week. Work is project based and potentially could be over the weekends. We have projects available through 2026!

A full UK driving licence is essentialas you need to drive yourself and your team colleagues to store. We will provide you with a hire car. You will need to be over 21years old and been driving for at least two years. This is for insurance purposes.

Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, but we offer a 13 week training plan to applicants with a great work attitude.

Roles and responsibilities of a Retail Merchandiser:

• Merchandise & replenish shelves using planograms to set timescales.
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
• Lifting and manual handling up to 25kg (male) 16kg (female) may be involved.

Location:

Field Based, travelling and staying away from home

Working Hours:

Shifts 11 hours onsite which includes 60-minute unpaid break plus 30-minute paidbreak.

Work pattern:

Nights 8pm – 7am

Pay:

£12.71 per hour – Weekly pay. Driving to Success Scheme: Drivers who take two, or more passengers in their car can earn an extra 50p an hour per shift
