Job summary

RGIS in Birmingham, United Kingdom is hiring a Merchandiser Driver to support stores with merchandising, replenishment and planogram implementation. You will transport teams to customer sites, using your own vehicle or the company fleet, with shifts that fit your lifestyle.

The role offers an hourly rate up to £13.40, mileage compensation and flexible schedules. A guaranteed-hours contract (~16–32 hours) may be available after probation based on performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable and great team players.
• Willing to work unsociable hours, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
• Thorough and precise in their work.
• Physically able to stand long periods and use ladders safely.
• Full UK Driving licence with a safe driving style.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and replenish in stores and implement planograms.
• Transport our teams to and from customer sites using own vehicle or company fleet.
• Support store teams with merchandising improvements.
• Adapt to varying shifts and locations.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are:

• Punctual, reliable and great team players

• Full UK Driving licence with a safe and responsible driving style
