Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, requires a Retail Merchandiser to transform in-store campaigns into engaging POS displays at Morrisons Congleton. You’ll install materials, work with store teams, and help brands stand out on the shop floor.

You’ll need a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and be comfortable with home deliveries for POS materials. Training is provided and flexible hours apply. Experience in retail is helpful but not required as full training is offered.

The Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for transforming in-store campaigns into engaging retail experiences across Morrisons stores. By installing impactful POS displays and promotional materials, you'll help leading brands capture shoppers' attention and boost sales. If you enjoy working independently, taking ownership of your work, and seeing the results of your efforts on the shop floor, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Represent trusted brands with professionalism and pride
• Flex your hours during key retail events, including seasonal and peak trading periods

About you

• You will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, and be able to accept home deliveries for POS material
• You have a smart mobile device and are confident in basic IT including; downloading multiple apps to use concurrently, uploading photographs, completing surveys and reviewing data
• A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
