Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to transform in-store campaigns into engaging displays across Morrisons stores. You will install POS materials and drive shopper engagement, with ownership of your own workload and flexible hours.

No prior merchandising experience is required; full training is provided and you will join a team focused on developing people and delivering great results.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to accept home deliveries for POS materials.
• Confident with basic IT and smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Install POS displays and promotional materials across Morrisons stores.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for transforming in-store campaigns into engaging retail experiences across Morrisons stores. By installing impactful POS displays and promotional materials, you'll help leading brands capture shoppers' attention and boost sales. If you enjoy working independently, taking ownership of your work, and seeing the results of your efforts on the shop floor, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

• Install eye-catching POS displays and promotional materials across Morrisons stores
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard
• Collaborate with store teams to deliver seamless in-store execution
• Capture results, share feedback and support continuous campaign improvement
• Represent trusted brands with professionalism and pride
• Flex your hours during key retail events, including seasonal and peak trading periods

About you

• You will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, and be able to accept home deliveries for POS material
• You have a smart mobile device and are confident in basic IT including; downloading multiple apps to use concurrently, uploading photographs, completing surveys and reviewing data
• A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
• Great attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Confidence working independently and managing your own workload
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
