As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, your responsibilities include providing timely merchandising and shelf management across all Hasbro product categories in assigned stores. You will ensure shelves are stocked and aligned with planograms and priorities, increasing product visibility and sales while building strong relationships with retail teams.

This position offers 10-25 hours/week, covering retail stores in Warwick and Coventry, RI.

A Day in the Life:

• Merchandising Execution: Merchandise all Hasbro products per plans and standards.
• Stockroom to Sales Floor: Move products from backroom to shelves, ensuring proper placement and labeling.
• Monthly Features: Set up monthly displays to boost visibility and sales.
• Opportunities & Communication: Engage with store managers to identify sales opportunities and expand shelf space.
• Survey & Feedback: Complete store surveys and provide feedback on conditions and challenges.
• In-Store Photos: Submit high-quality images of product placements and displays.
• Training & Mentorship: Assist in training new merchandisers to uphold standards.

Qualifications:

• Available to work daytime, weekday hours, and occasional weekends.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, and bend as needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.
• Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone, Microsoft Office).
• Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
• Reside within the assigned territory.

Compensation Range (USD):

• Starting: $16.00
• Maximum: $25.00
