A leading company seeks a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work across various retail locations in Manchester. Responsibilities include managing inventory, optimizing product placements, and engaging with both store teams and customers. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift merchandise. Flexibility for holiday work is required.
As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll have the opportunity to work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, your ability to establish retailer relationships, while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. The position includes three main components:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is physically demanding, requiring energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You must be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Part-time employees working less than 30 hours can access voluntary benefits including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and preventive care coverage.
