Compensation: £12.89 - £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 - £11.70 per hour + £1.39 - £1.41 holiday pay). Access to wages from 3 days. Immediate start. Holiday pay included.

Role Responsibilities

• Join our successful team as a retail merchandiser.
• Work across various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working at a fast pace.
• Key duties include:

De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed, reprofiling fixtures for optimal shopping experience, transporting stock from warehouse to store, supporting store replenishment.

• Shifts last between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights). Shifts are booked via our Field Power platform, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Travel may be required when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when staying away from home.

Key Skills and Experience

• Attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
