Job summary

Cosine Group is seeking merchandisers for the Berwick-upon-Tweed area. Part-time, 2–4 hours per week with potential growth. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding, with long-term ongoing work. Flexible Mon-Sun shifts; fixed days Tue, Thu, Sat. Must have own car.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, especially with beauty, health, or premium brands. You’ll cover stores within ~10 miles and report via our app on a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Own car to transport promotional materials or displays, plus reporting on app.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, and shelving.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Top up products on shelves and displays so they are eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate extra display space when possible to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
