Salary: £12.89 - £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 - £11.70 per hour + £1.39 - £1.41 holiday pay)

Role Details

• Join our successful team as a retail merchandiser.
• Work across various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• Work with a team led by a manager or store management, maintaining high standards and working at a fast pace.
• Responsibilities include:
• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transporting stock from warehouse to store floor.
• Supporting store replenishment as needed.
• Shifts last 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are night shifts). Shifts can be accepted and managed via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
• Clock in/out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
• Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided if staying away from home.

Candidate Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
• Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Retail experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+.
