If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the G62 6NB area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role in Tesco Milngavie

This role will be work across a variety of categories including: Toys, Haircare, Beauty Accessories.

Confirmed working days/hours: 4

Saturdays
The Entertainer = 1 hour
Beauty Accessories, Korbond, Haircare, Bank, Lightbulbs

Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

• Compliance and Standards: You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance. You'll follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores!

What makes you excellent:

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take ownership of your work within set time frames, using your initiative to find solutions
• Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Comfort with manual handling, moving and arranging products from warehouse to shopfloor
• Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra)
• Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus
