Job description

We're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the NW10 area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Health and Beauty.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will primarily be based within Tesco Brent Park.

Confirmed working hours: 12 hours/week

• Thursday - 08:00 - 12:00
• Friday - 08:00 - 12:00
• Saturday - 08:00 - 12:00

Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

How you'll deliver excellence:

• Expert at the Entertainer: Know the Entertainer brand and products inside and out, and share that knowledge with your team!
• Compliance and Standards: Follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Planogram Implementation: Follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange products to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Promotional Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage effectively.
• Relationship Building: Build good relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly managers, and provide feedback via our app.
