Job Description:

Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good and creating eye-catching displays? Do you have an eye for detail?

If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Morrisons Letchworth. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will involve work across categories including cosmetics and entertainment.

Confirmed working days/hours: 6 hours per week, Monday and Thursday, plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed.

• Compliance and Standards: You'll follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance. You'll implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays for maximum visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with in-store colleagues and provide feedback to our client teams.
