Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers in the Leicester area for part-time, flexible hours (approximately 4–6 hours per week). The role pays £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with onboarding and training, and ongoing work during busy periods.

Expect visits to various retailers to execute planograms, POS setup, and stock replenishment. You will use your own car for store visits and report via a mobile app, with training provided by an Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms and ensure stock is on shelves.
• Navigate fixtures and arrange displays to be eye-catching and accessible for customers.
• Build in-store relationships with staff and negotiate extra display space where possible.
• Report via app with clear photos and feedback; assist with promotions and launches.
• Support training and potential additional work with other CPM clients.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Leicester area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -
• supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time. Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback. Referrals - earn a bonus for each friend you refer to us!
