If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the Faversham area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will involve working across a variety of categories including: Books, Haircare, Telecoms, Gift Cards, and more...

Confirmed working days/hours:

• Monday: AM or PM
• Thursday: 08.00 - 12.30
• Saturday: 16.00 - 17.30

Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

Responsibilities include:

• Compliance and Standards: You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance. You'll follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within set time frames and use your initiative to find solutions
• Pride in delivering high standards and excellent service for our clients
• Willingness to handle manual tasks, including moving and arranging products from warehouse to shopfloor
• Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra)
• Comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks
• A full UK driving license and access to a car are required
