We're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the Crediton area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Health and Beauty.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will primarily be based within the EX17 post code area.

Confirmed working hours:

• Thursday: 08.00 - 12.00
• Friday: 09.00 - 12.30
• Saturday: 09.00 - 12.30

Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

Key responsibilities:

• Expert at the Entertainer: Know the Entertainer brand and products inside and out, and share that knowledge with your team.
• Compliance and Standards: Follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines. Implement planograms to ensure consistency.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage effectively.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with store colleagues, providing feedback to client teams.
