JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, the Retail Media Manager (RMM) will develop and execute retail media strategies to support ghd sales on Amazon and other e-commerce partners. Collaborating with Key Accounts Managers, you will bring the ghd brand to life across retail media platforms, driving profitable growth and meeting financial targets in the UK and Ireland, our largest markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and evolve retail media strategies, collaborating globally and locally.
  • Create growth roadmaps, ensuring strategic investments with the right retailers.
  • Plan and execute engaging online retail media campaigns to build awareness and purchase intent.
  • Optimize performance metrics: Revenue, ROAS, Share of Voice, SEO, etc.
  • Manage reporting, commentary, testing plans, and campaign evaluations.
  • Act as the retail media expert, providing insights and building strong retailer relationships.
  • Oversee budget planning and investment tracking.
  • Manage agency relationships, especially for Amazon marketing cloud.
  • Track KPIs via marketing dashboards and stay updated on market trends.
  • Contribute to ecommerce strategy, including digital assets, PDPs, and SEO.
  • Organize virtual and physical events for retail partners.
  • Develop differentiation strategies for key retail partners.
  • Improve systems, data accuracy, reporting, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure ghd’s online presence remains 'Best in Class'.
  • Measure ROI and influence the ecommerce roadmap with partners.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven media expertise with a track record of delivering revenue and KPIs.
  • Amazon advertising expertise and experience with other retail media networks.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and adapt to change.
  • Understanding of UK & Ireland retail and beauty sectors.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Passion for ghd products, brand, and values.
  • Strong interpersonal, creative, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to build relationships internally and externally.
