Starcom is hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to join Publicis Commerce at an exciting growth stage. You will lead retail media campaigns, partner with clients and retailers, and deliver innovative campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams, develop growth plans, analyse performance, and present strategic recommendations. Publicis Groupe operates four days per week in the office, fostering an inclusive culture and strong development

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail media or digital ad campaigns in agency/retailer/commerce environment.
• Knowledge of retail media platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital media, search strategy, consumer behaviour, attribution and conversion.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic and commercially minded, turning insights into action.
• Experience mentoring or leading colleagues.
• Confidence with data and presenting findings.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery and optimization of retail media campaigns across major platforms.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and partnership.
• Develop growth plans and innovation roadmaps for clients.
• Analyze campaign and market performance to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Ensure campaign accuracy, financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Build expertise and partnerships with retailers and tech providers.
