Qualifications

• Strong retail media experience across agencies, retailers, or platforms.
• Understanding of Amazon Advertising strategy, attribution, and optimisation.
• Experience leading significant client accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to connect strategy and execution across commercial and detail.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate data into clear recommendations.
• Curious, commercially minded; strong Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of retailer platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative eRetail and retail media strategies.
• Set strategic direction for activation across Amazon Advertising, Epsilon, and Criteo.
• Own senior client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define KPIs and turn data into insights and improvement plans.
• Drive client growth by shaping strategic roadmaps and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams and contribute to pitches.
• Lead and develop retail media talent in London and India with QA, budgets, delivery.
