Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver retail and fleet marketing campaigns, including new model launches, tactical, and quarterly campaigns.
  • Support dealer partners with local marketing strategy, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Localise national campaigns to suit regional markets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute dealer launch events, test drive campaigns, and showroom activations.
  • Oversee the deployment of POS materials, signage, and digital assets across the dealer network.
  • Act as the main liaison between marketing, field sales, and dealer partners.
  • Monitor and analyse local marketing performance; recommend improvements based on KPIs.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate identity (CI) and retail brand standards.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for local campaign execution.
  • Work closely with digital and product teams to integrate retail initiatives into online channels.
  • Provide training and guidance to dealer marketing contacts on tools, campaigns, and co-op programs.
  • Administer the retail marketing budget, including processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

  • Track marketing KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and produce regular performance reports.
  • Own and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned with strategic priorities and delivers strong ROI.
  • Stay current on automotive retail trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing or dealer network support, preferably in the automotive or consumer retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail channel dynamics, customer journey, and local marketing execution.
  • Experience managing events, POS, and regional activations.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadline orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage dealers and cross-functional teams.
  • Confident using marketing platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Able to travel across the UK to support dealer events and initiatives.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of the UK dealer landscape are strong assets.
