The Role:
At Holland & Barrett, we're on a mission to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. As our new Retail Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our in-store campaigns to life - ensuring our promotions, displays and communications are delivered on time, with precision and impact.
You'll work closely with our sales trading, retail operations and design teams to support the smooth rollout of promotional material across our UK and Ireland stores - helping to drive engagement and boost sales at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile promotional documentation, print briefs and communications to meet agreed deadlines
- Create and manage artwork briefs and approvals across key stakeholders
- Proofread promotional POS and store comms for accuracy and clarity
- Liaise with external printers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate pricing tickets for UK and Ireland stores, including new lines
- Collaborate with sales trading and retail teams to deliver impactful in-store displays
- Maintain databases and ensure franchisees have access to all POS assets
- Support on ad hoc POS and marketing projects as needed
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a marketing or retail marketing role
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
