C2 Recruitment is seeking a Seasonal Retail Manager to run a busy charity shop in Worcester for the Christmas period. You will lead staff and volunteers, drive sales and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

The role covers day-to-day shop operations, stock control, merchandising and cash handling, with October to December availability. Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred, and charity experience is a plus.

C2 Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Managers to run a busy temporary shop in various locations across the UK, helping raise valuable funds for charities and good causes.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service and getting stuck in.

The Role You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, working alongside a team of volunteers to maximise sales and create a welcoming experience for customers.

Charity retail or volunteer management experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.

What matters is that you're organised, reliable, great with people and happy to take responsibility.
