Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Manager to run a busy charity shop across locations in the UK during the Christmas period.

You will lead volunteers, drive sales, manage stock and deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

This temporary role runs from October to December 2026 with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service and getting stuck in.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, working alongside a team of volunteers to maximise sales and create a welcoming experience for customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

You could currently be a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity.

Charity retail or volunteer management experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.What matters is that you're organised, reliable, great with people and happy to take responsibility.
