Job summary

Morrisons is seeking strong, versatile managers to join our retail leadership team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll oversee department operations with hands-on style and a focus on delivering great customer outcomes.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll lead shift rotas, drive performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate across store departments to meet availability and sales targets. We value progression and invest in your development.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll bring a hands-on approach to managing department operations. We match our managers to specific specialist areas; such as Trading, Customer Service, Fresh, Online or Market Street, based on your unique strengths, experience, and where you'll make the biggest impact.
