Pay rate :£30,000 per year (including paid breaks)

Join Our Retail Team!

Lead our small shop teams responsible for delivering a friendly atmosphere, excellent retailing, and remarkable service. You will build great relationships with customers, know our food inside out, and lead an outstanding retail operation. As well as driving sales, you will be hands-on, serving customers and replenishing stocks to ensure the best sales environment.

The Role

Provide first-class customer service consistently and lead your team to do the same.

Ensure every customer is treated with courtesy and respect, prioritizing their needs.

Develop your team’s product knowledge to advise on menu planning and promote upcoming offers, products, and promotions.

Achieve financial targets through your team, understand your P&L reports, and maintain a system for monitoring variances.

Keep the shop immaculate, clean, and spotless at all times.

Ensure your team represents the brand through excellent service, dress code, and communication.

Develop cash handling skills and weekly reporting to support central functions.

Regularly review service levels and plan local marketing initiatives as needed.

Oversee deliveries, place orders, and conduct accurate stock takes each period.

Keep your team informed about new products and targets, ensuring everyone is aligned towards common goals.

Train all team members in their roles, including health and safety and daily procedures.

Maintain staff records related to discipline, sickness, and holidays.

Lead by example, embodying the COOK values, resolving challenges, and developing potential stars within your team.
