We are seeking a Retail Manager, Jetstar (JQ) for our newly expanded International business partnership with Jetstar Airways in Asia Pacific, on a fixed term 12-month contract. This role is responsible for delivering all contracted services within the region, across Japan, Australia, and New Zealand networks.
The Retail Manager will oversee JQ's In-Flight Retail Program, focusing on innovation, business improvements, profit enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
This role suits someone capable of establishing productive relationships, managing diverse stakeholder needs, and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
What does a typical day look like?
We seek an experienced Retail or Operations Manager with national or regional retail program management experience. You will provide leadership across the Retail program.
