As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll coach your team to deliver excellent customer service!

You’ll also set daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure store administration and inventory management, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1 meetings and genuine connections with your team by celebrating successes!
