Key Duties
- You will become part of a friendly team of optical and audiology professionals working together to provide exceptional patient care.
- Usual working hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm, full-time only.
- Be based within a high-end independent practice fitted with the most up-to-date optical and audiology equipment.
- Managing employees to ensure that all departments are operating smoothly.
- Maintain the practice's excellent reputation within the local area.
- Be confident in managing up to 25 employees with the support of 2 assistants and 2 supervisors.
- Able to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment where great administrative and multi-tasking skills are required.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements

- Retail Management / DO Management experience - preferably in the optical/healthcare sector.
