As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team reach their full potential. You will work closely with your Area Manager to implement local business strategies, meet performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. Your responsibilities include defining daily objectives, developing monthly plans based on productivity targets, managing store administration, inventory, daily operations, and promoting employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections by celebrating successes.
