Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location:Bermuda

Salary: Circa Up to $60,000 + Accommodation

Our Client seeks a Retail Store Manager to join their Operations Team. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will contribute to delivering their exciting vision to set a new benchmark in duty free retailing.

Their award-winning stores are located in the newly opened state-of-the-art L.F. Wade airport on the island of Bermuda.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Driving sales growth and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Leading and developing staff through recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Maintaining store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Preparing reports and managing administrative tasks related to store performance.

Qualifications:
