Job summary

Max Spielmann in Whitehaven is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer service, sales targets and team operations in a busy retail environment.

The role is permanent, full time, 40 hours over five days, including weekends, with training provided and potential for progression within the Timpson group.

Starting salary £26,520 per year, rising to £26,894 after a successful trial, with uncapped weekly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
• Supervise and develop store team members, scheduling and training as needed.
• Handle store administration, stock management, visual merchandising and cash handling.
