Max Spielmann is recruiting a Temporary Store Manager for Hucknall and surrounding areas. You will lead branches, deliver customer-focused service, and drive photographic services with full training provided.

This role offers 40 hours over 5 days including weekends, with an uncapped bonus opportunity and strong progression prospects within the Timpson group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles is desirable.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run branches in Hucknall and surrounding areas.
• Provide training in services and customer care.
• Manage photographic services (prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop).
• Use initiative to complete daily tasks and drive sales.
• Work 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends; overtime as needed.

Pay:

Starting at £26,894 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

You also have opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonus

You will be running branches in multiple locations around Hucknalland the surrounding areas.
