Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Retail Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new premium fashion store in Guildford. You will head the store, drive exceptional customer service, and build a high-performing team from day one.

In this role you will coach staff, focus on clientelling and personalised service, and work to achieve strong sales and KPI results in a premium retail environment.

The Role

As Retail Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets and create a premium shopping experience.

You'll lead from the front, coaching your team in clientelling, relationship building and personalised service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

You'll Have

• Experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager within premium fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• A strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships through clientelling and personalised service.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
