Client & Location Information :

Join a thriving pharmacy in Canberra. Conveniently located next to a medical centre, this pharmacy offers a supportive environment and the chance to take ownership of the retail side of operations.

Job Specification :

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Managing front-of-shop (FOS) stock levels, including ordering, merchandising, and promotions.
• Monitoring FOS performance and implementing strategies to drive improvement.
• Ensuring the pharmacy's presentation meets high standards.
• Leading and training FOS staff to excel in their roles.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.

The role requires working collaboratively with a team that includes 3 Pharmacists, 1 Dispensary Technician, and 2 Pharmacy Assistants.

Skills Required :

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager, ideally in a pharmacy or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-focused approach with an eye for detail.

Salary & Benefits :

• Salary : Negotiable, depending on your experience.
• Roster : Full-time, 38 hours per week.
