Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 5-6 staff
• Conducting team meetings and delegating daily tasks
• Preparing and updating weekly staff rotas
• Handling payroll, sickness, holidays, and general HR issues
• Supporting staff with customer service and in-store queries
• Liaising with site managers to ensure smooth store operations
• Overseeing the overall performance and day-to-day running of the store

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales (required)
• Proven retail management or supervisory experience
• Comfortable working full shift patterns and covering weekends
• Capable of working independently, including lone shifts

Shift Pattern

• 4 or 5 days per week
• Must be available for the majority of Saturdays and peak trading periods
• Store hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
